What happens after the diagnosis.

Diagnosis and medication are necessary. They are rarely sufficient. The behavioral skills that make a treatment plan actually work — executive function, sleep, regulation, follow-through — need more support and time to make sustainable change than a brief follow-up appointment can provide. That is the gap I fill.

01

What Coaching Delivers

Behavioral architecture around the medication

Routines, reminders, sleep hygiene, task systems, and regulation skills that determine whether pharmacotherapy translates into functional improvement.

Adherence and cleaner follow-ups

Clients with ADHD frequently stop medication that is working. Coaching tracks this in real time, and patients arrive at your follow-ups with cleaner data: what they tried, what shifted, what did not. Less troubleshooting in your time, more signal.

02

Scope

  • I do not diagnose, prescribe, or advise on medication decisions.

  • I do not provide therapy or treat mental health conditions.

  • I do not replace any element of the medical care you provide.

  • Medication questions are routed back to you, every time.

03

When I Loop You In

  • A client reports new or worsening symptoms that warrant clinical review.

  • Side effects or efficacy concerns surface that you should know about.

  • Sleep, appetite, or mood patterns change in ways that are not coaching-shaped.

  • A client asks me a question that should be answered by a prescriber.

04

Good Fits for Referral

  • Newly diagnosed adults who need a structured runway from diagnosis to functional change.

  • Patients on medication who are still struggling with daily systems and follow-through.

  • Late-diagnosed women navigating both the practical rebuild and the identity work.

  • Patients who have plateaued on medication alone and need behavioral scaffolding.

"Coaching is the skill-building piece that brief appointments cannot deliver. I make your treatment plan more likely to work."

⌂ Newport Beach, CA

I grew up in Ireland, lived across Europe and Australia, and now call Newport Beach, California home. I am a mom of two ADHD teenagers and a wife to a neurotypical husband.

A 25-year career was spent in a highly technical, science-driven corner of healthcare — an industry where decisions are made on validated data, where protocols and regulations exist because lives depend on them. From the outside, it looked like I had figured it out. I hadn't. Behind the success was a woman who was completely exhausted. Masking constantly. Building rigid systems just to survive each day, and 49 years with lived experience of undiagnosed ADHD.

"Working with my ADHD has not made me less successful. It has made me more. I had been following the wrong set of rules, using the wrong playbook."

M.Sc. and successful start-up entrepreneur, 2x successful exits. I hold a Master of Science and advanced professional training from MIT. I am trained as an ADHD coach through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), with PAAC and ICF coaching certification in-process, and a member of the ADHD Coaches Organization.

The training taught me how to evaluate evidence. The lived experience taught me what it feels like to sit where your patients sit: overwhelmed, capable, and wondering why everything has to be so hard.

I created Sanctuum because the support I needed when I needed it did not exist. Something grounded in real science but delivered with warmth, humor, and no judgment. Something that meets people exactly where they are.

A Note for U

This isn't about willpower.

It's about the right playbook.

For your patients. For anyone who has been trying really hard, for a really long time.
